Outlook
When someone who wrote through your website emails you, see their inquiry and the listing they asked about right beside the email in Outlook, and mark it as contacted.

Questions people ask
Does connecting a tool cost extra?
No. Every connection is free and included in the $39 SiteCurb plan. You need your own account with the other tool.
Do inquiries still come by email once I connect a tool?
Yes. Connecting Notion or a CRM sends your inquiries there as well. The email and Dashboard → Inquiries don't change.
What if a connected tool is down when someone writes?
The inquiry is still saved in SiteCurb and emailed to you as usual. Dashboard → Integrations shows anything that didn't reach Notion or your CRM, with a Retry button.
