Luxury Presence pricing in 2026
Luxury Presence sells four plans and an enterprise tier, and publishes none of the prices. Here is what its Plans page does say, what reviewers report paying, and the first-year math, with every figure sourced and dated.

What Luxury Presence publishes
As of 6 September 2026, the Luxury Presence Plans page lists five tiers and no prices. Each plan's button says "Get Started"; the enterprise tier says "Talk to Sales". The page does state three billing terms in plain words: every plan is a 12-month agreement, every plan has a one-time setup fee whose amount "varies by plan", and monthly billing begins when your website goes live. Ad spend is separate from the plan.
| Plan | Who it is for (their words) | Caps | Adds |
|---|---|---|---|
| Launch | "Full-time solo agents building credibility" | 1,000 contacts, 1 user | Website, IDX search, AI CRM, alerts, CMAs, mobile app |
| Brand | "Agents and teams ready to attract prospects" | 3,000 contacts, up to 3 users | Hyperlocal blog content and ads, listing and lead-gen ads, managed ad spend |
| Scale | "Established agents and teams" with higher ad budgets | 10,000 contacts, up to 10 users | AI lead nurture via SMS, retargeting, social media management, 1:1 support |
| All In | "Top-performing agents and teams" | 50,000 contacts, up to 20 users | Branded mobile app, premium SEO and AI search program |
| Enterprise | Teams and brokerages over 20 agents | Custom | Dedicated success manager, multi-office, custom lead routing, "preferred pricing" |
G2's pricing page for the product says the same thing in its own words: pricing "is not listed on G2 by the vendor", so "buyers typically need to engage directly with the vendor".
What people report paying
Because there is no price list, the only numbers are quotes that customers and reviewers have published. They do not agree with each other, which is itself the useful fact: the price is assembled per customer.
| Source | Setup fee | Monthly | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| Pinova, 2026 | $3,500–$5,000, upfront, non-refundable | Launch ~$300–$500 · Brand ~$500–$800 · Scale ~$800–$1,200 · All In ~$1,200–$1,500 | Cites AgentAdvice, DMR Media, Luxury Presence's help docs and agent reports |
| inboundREM, July 2025 | $2,500 / $3,500 / $4,500 / $5,500 by plan | $250 / $450 / $1,500 / $2,500 by plan | Older plan names; add-ons $500 per blog post, $3,500 branding video, $3,000 SEO migration; one 18-month quote of $48,500 |
| AgentAdvice, updated Aug 2026 | "one-time setup fee" | Not published | 12-month agreement; billing from go-live; upgrade tiers without a new contract or setup fee |
| Trustpilot reviewer | "a two-year, ~$24,000 engagement" | About $1,000 a month all-in over two years | |
| Luxury Presence's own blog, March 2026 | "Fully custom real estate websites start around $5,000 and can exceed $25,000" | $50–$300 hosting | Year-one total for fully custom: "$6,200 – $30,000+" |
The first-year math
Setup fee plus twelve months, before ad spend, using the 2026 reported ranges:
- Launch: $3,500–$5,000 + 12 × $300–$500 = about $7,100–$11,000.
- Brand: about $9,500–$14,600.
- Scale: about $13,100–$19,400.
- All In: about $17,900–$23,000.
Two things move a real quote off these ranges. Managed advertising is billed on top, and Brand and above are built around it. And the 2025 quotes show that SEO-heavy plans can run well past $1,500 a month. Treat the table as the shape of the bill, not the bill.
Who this price is for
Luxury Presence's Plans page describes its customers as solo agents "building credibility", teams "ready to attract prospects", and "top-performing" agents who want to "lead in your market". The product is a marketing department on retainer: website, CRM, managed ads, content, social. If you have a team to work paid leads and a marketing line that absorbs five figures a year, the price is the price of that department.
If you are one agent whose business comes from referrals, past clients and your own listings, most of what the plans include is capacity you will not use. What you need is a fast site with your listings, your name, your brokerage's name the way your state requires it, and a price you can see. That is what SiteCurb is: $39 a month, no setup fee, no contract, and the price is on the homepage.

Questions people ask
How much does Luxury Presence cost per month?
Luxury Presence does not publish a monthly price. Reviewers who have been quoted report roughly $300 to $500 a month for the entry Launch plan and up to about $1,500 a month for All In, before advertising spend. A July 2025 review quoted $250 a month for the entry plan and $2,500 a month for the top SEO plan, so quotes vary widely by market and services.
Is there a setup fee?
Yes. The Plans page says every plan carries a one-time setup fee, without stating the amount. Reviewers report $2,500 to $5,500 depending on plan and year, paid upfront.
Is there a contract?
Yes. The Plans page states a 12-month agreement, with monthly billing starting when the website goes live. AgentAdvice reports you can upgrade tiers during the term without a new contract or setup fee.
What does the first year cost in total?
Using the reported ranges, about $7,000 to $11,000 on Launch and $18,000 to $23,000 on All In, before ad spend. Luxury Presence's own blog puts fully custom sites at $6,200 to $30,000 or more in year one.
Can I see the price without a sales call?
Not from Luxury Presence. Every plan's button is "Get Started", and the enterprise tier is "Talk to Sales". The figures on this page come from reviewers and customers, not a price list, and should be treated as estimates.
What does SiteCurb cost by comparison?
$39 a month, $468 a year, no setup fee, no contract, and the price is on the site. It is a different product: your own listings, your own domain, a disclosure footer for your state, and no IDX feed or ad management.
