IDX Broker pricing in 2026
IDX Broker is an MLS search add-on, not a website, and its pricing only makes sense once you see it that way. Plans, the setup fee it does not print on the plan cards, the per-MLS charges and the year-one total, read on 6 September 2026.
Updated September 2026
The plans
| Plan | Agent | Team | Office | What it adds |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Core | $60 / mo | $80 | $110 | Standard IDX search, map search, lead capture, automated emails |
| Engage | $99 / mo | $119 | $149 | Market reports and sold data, AI smart search |
| Elite | $149 / mo | $165 | $195 | Website templates and custom branding |
The compare page states "No annual contracts or long-term commitments required" and "no cancellation fees". The IXACT Contact CRM can be added for $50 a month.
The fees the plan cards leave out
- Setup: every plan card says "one-time setup fee" and no amount. IDX Broker's developer price list, updated 31 July 2026, gives it: "Account Setup Fees – $100.00".
- Extra MLS boards: "Each additional MLS will incur a $30/mo charge, in addition to any MLS fees."
- Your board's data fee: set by the MLS, not IDX Broker. An independent review puts the range at $0 to $33 a month.
- The website itself: Core and Engage attach to a site you already run. Only Elite includes templates.
Year-one math
- Core, single agent, one MLS: $100 + 12 × $60 = $820, plus board fees, plus the host site.
- Engage: $100 + 12 × $99 = $1,288, same extras.
- Elite (site included): $100 + 12 × $149 = $1,888, plus board fees.
Who it is for
An agent or team with an existing site who wants buyers to search the full MLS on it, and who is comfortable with a subdomain or plugin setup. At $60 a month, month to month, it is the cheapest published way we found to add real IDX search.
The question worth asking first is whether your site needs MLS search at all. Buyers already search Zillow and Realtor.com; a listing agent's site earns its keep by showing your own listings, your name and your brokerage the way your state requires. That is what SiteCurb does for $39 a month with no setup fee and no feed to license. Read IDX explained before you decide.

Questions people ask
How much does IDX Broker cost per month?
$60 a month for Core, $99 for Engage and $149 for Elite on a single-agent account. Team and office accounts cost more: Core is $80 (team) and $110 (office), Engage is $119 and $149.
Is there a setup fee?
Yes. The plan pages say "one-time setup fee" without a figure; IDX Broker's developer price list, updated 31 July 2026, states the account setup fee as $100.
Are there MLS fees on top?
Two kinds. IDX Broker charges $30 a month for each additional MLS beyond the first. Separately, some MLS boards charge their own data fees, which IDX Broker does not set; one independent review puts those at $0 to $33 a month.
Is there a contract?
No. IDX Broker is month to month with no annual contract and no cancellation fee. You cancel through support before your renewal date.
Does IDX Broker include a website?
Core and Engage do not; they add MLS search pages and widgets to a site you already have, on an IDX Broker subdomain or through a plugin. Elite includes website templates. So on Core or Engage, budget for the host site too.
What does year one cost?
Core, one MLS, single agent: $100 + 12 × $60 = $820, plus any board data fee and plus the website it attaches to. Elite: $100 + 12 × $149 = $1,888.
How does SiteCurb compare?
They are different tools. IDX Broker puts the whole MLS on your site; SiteCurb is a $39-a-month site for your own listings, no IDX, no setup fee, no contract. If you want MLS search, IDX Broker is one of the cheaper published ways to add it to a site you already have.
