Lead packages
Real Geeks is a lead platform first; the website is the landing page for paid traffic. The packages are priced per package, per month, and carry a lead guarantee over the contract term:
- Social lead package: $299 a month, about 20 to 40 buyer leads.
- Search lead package: $599 a month, about 20 to 40 buyer leads.
- Seller lead package: $599 a month, about 10 to 15 seller leads.
- Geek AI Text: $49 a month, included with any lead package.
The guarantee's fine print matters: if Real Geeks misses the guaranteed count over the term, you receive a one-month credit (12-month terms) or half-month credit (6-month terms), and the guarantee is void if you change the templated funnel pages or your target market more than 30 days after launch. There is also a $50 domain transfer fee if Real Geeks bought your domain and you later move it.
Year-one math
- Solo agent, one board, no leads: $500 + 12 × $409 = $5,408.
- With one social package: $8,996.
- With one search or seller package: $12,596.
Who it is for
A team that buys traffic and works a CRM every day. At $399 a month before ads, the site only pays for itself if someone is calling the leads. That is the product's own positioning: the pricing page leads with buyer and seller lead volumes, not with design.
If you are a listing agent whose business comes from referrals and your own inventory, SiteCurb is the other shape: $39 a month, no setup fee, no contract, your listings on your own domain. See the side-by-side comparison.

Is there a contract?
Yes. The pricing page offers 6-month or 12-month commitment terms. The lead guarantee also requires a new 6- or 12-month commitment at the end of each term.
What do the lead packages cost?
Social lead packages are $299 a month each (roughly 20 to 40 buyer leads). Search lead packages and seller lead packages are $599 a month each. Geek AI Text is $49 a month, included free with a lead package.
What does year one cost?
About $5,408 for a solo agent with one MLS board: $500 setup plus 12 × $409. Add $3,588 a year for one social lead package, or $7,188 for a search or seller package.
Did Real Geeks raise its prices?
Yes. Earlier published pricing was $149 a month; as of September 2026 the platform is $399 a month with a $500 setup fee. Our own pages carried the older figure until this update.
How does SiteCurb compare?
SiteCurb is $39 a month, no setup fee, no contract: $468 a year. It is a listing agent's website, not a lead-generation platform with a CRM and managed ads, so it does not try to do what Real Geeks does.
