Where Luxury Presence hurts a solo agent

Luxury Presence builds polished, agency-quality sites for high-end agents, teams and brokerages, with IDX and CRM tiers stacked on top. It is a real product for a real market: one where a setup fee of up to $3,500 is a rounding error against a single commission.

• A setup fee of $2,500 to $3,500, by Luxury Presence's own figure, leaves your account before a single visitor arrives. At the reported $300 to $500 a month on top, year one on the entry plan runs $6,100 to $9,500, and every plan is a 12-month agreement.
• You cannot see the monthly price without booking a demo call. That is a sales process designed for teams with a marketing budget, not for one agent deciding on a Tuesday night.
• The design polish is built to impress at the luxury tier. If most of your listings are ordinary family homes, you are paying for a brand voice that is not yours.
• Custom builds take time. SiteCurb goes from signup to live in an afternoon, with no queue and no questionnaire.

What you give up with SiteCurb

The honest list. None of these is hidden in a footnote, so you can decide with them in view.

• No IDX or MLS feed. SiteCurb shows your listings — you add them yourself, with your photos (auto-optimized) and your words. That is what makes the $39 possible: there is nothing to license, so there is nothing to mark up. If your site needs to search the entire MLS, this is the wrong product.
