Placester pricing in 2026
Placester publishes its prices, which already puts it ahead of most of the category. Here is the full bill, including the IDX support fee the plan cards do not show, read from placester.com on 6 September 2026.

Every plan comes with a 14-day free trial, the no-code editor and Placester's AI tools. There is no contract: the FAQ answer to "How long does the contract with Placester last?" is "You can cancel your subscription anytime." Team and broker plans exist as well, priced per active agent website rather than per seat.
The fee the plan cards do not show
IDX is not included in the monthly price. From the FAQ, as of 6 September 2026: "Placester charges IDX Support Fees for every approved MLS Contract. The fee is $25 per month, per each active MLS Contract, regardless of your subscription." And separately: "Yes, the MLS access fee is separate from the Placester's IDX Support Fee." So a site with one MLS feed starts at $84 a month, plus whatever your board charges for IDX access.
Add-ons and setup services
- Additional website: $25 a month each.
- Native live chat widget: $25 a month on Essential and Plus, included on Premier.
- AI blog posts: from $15 a month for a monthly post, $25 for weekly, $50 for daily.
- Site setup packages: Express (12 creative-assistant hours, IDX and domain setup, up to 10 pages migrated) and Custom (30 hours, custom homepage, up to 15 custom interior pages, up to 100 pages migrated). These are separate services priced on the setup page.
Year-one math
- Essential, no IDX: 12 × $59 = $708 ($566 on annual).
- Essential with one MLS: 12 × ($59 + $25) = $1,008, before MLS access fees.
- Premier with one MLS: 12 × ($129 + $25) = $1,848.
Who it is for
Placester is a template site with an MLS search bolted on, at a published price with no contract. That is a fair deal for an agent who wants buyers to search the whole MLS on their own domain and is happy with a template look. The parts you pay for that a listing agent may not need are the IDX feed itself and the email volume tiers.

Questions people ask
How much does Placester cost per month?
$59 (Agent Essential), $79 (Agent Plus) or $129 (Agent Premier) a month, or 20% less on annual billing: $566, $758 and $1,238 a year. IDX is extra at $25 a month for each active MLS contract, and your MLS may charge its own access fee on top.
Does Placester have a setup fee?
Not on the subscription. You can build the site yourself with the no-code editor. Placester also sells Express and Custom setup packages, done by its creative assistants, as separate services.
Is there a contract?
No. Placester's FAQ says you can cancel your subscription anytime. Monthly subscriptions end on the last billing day; annual plans run to the end of the paid period and are not refunded.
What does Placester cost in year one with IDX?
On Agent Essential with one MLS: $59 + $25 a month, so $1,008 for the year on monthly billing, before any MLS access fee your board charges. Without IDX it is $708.
Is there a free trial?
Yes, 14 days on every plan, with the AI tools included.
