The verdict

Switch if you are a solo listing agent who wants a fast, good-looking site with your own listings on it, and $3,599 to $4,819 for the first year is more than you want to pay for it. Stay if your business runs on full-MLS IDX search or a built-in CRM — SiteCurb does not have either, on purpose. Not sure? Build a SiteCurb site free and decide when you see it: start your site.

Where Sierra Interactive hurts a solo agent

Sierra Interactive is a lead-generation platform for teams: an IDX search website, a CRM and lead routing, sold as plans by number of users. Its rate card, as reported in July 2026, starts at $299.95 a month billed yearly for one user (Starter), or $359.95 a month month to month plus a $500 setup fee, with the CRM, one IDX website and one MLS feed included. That is real value for a team working buyer leads every day, and a lot of machinery for a solo agent whose business comes from listings and referrals.

  • Year one is $3,599 billed yearly, or $4,819 month to month with the setup fee. SiteCurb is $468.
  • You pay for a CRM, lead routing and an MLS search site whether or not you use them. If your business comes from your listings, referrals and sphere, most of that bill does nothing for you.
  • The $299.95 price is billed a year at a time. Month to month costs $60 more a month and adds $500 up front.
  • Every enquiry on SiteCurb emails you instantly with reply-to set, so you answer from your own inbox, with no pipeline to manage.

What you give up with SiteCurb

The honest list. None of these is hidden in a footnote, so you can decide with them in view.

  • No IDX or MLS feed. SiteCurb shows your listings — you add them yourself, with your photos (auto-optimized) and your words. That is what makes the $39 possible: there is nothing to license, so there is nothing to mark up. If your site needs to search the entire MLS, this is the wrong product.
  • No CRM. SiteCurb isn't one, so there are no pipelines, drips or lead scoring. Every inquiry emails you the moment it's sent and lands in your dashboard. Sending inquiries to Notion works today, and connections that send them into Pipedrive, Zoho CRM and ActiveCampaign are rolling out.
  • No custom domain yet. Your site lives at yourname.sitecurb.com, with a TLS certificate, the moment you publish. Connecting a domain you already own is in testing now.
What you get for $39

Eleven templates, each with a live demo; your listings with photo galleries, your-voice fields (tagline, why work with me, client quotes), a draft preview before you publish, fast server-rendered pages with photos optimized as you upload them, and a broker-disclosure footer on every template. The SiteCurb app for Canva (in Canva's review now) publishes a listing photo or headshot straight to your site. No contract; cancel anytime and billing stops.

What SiteCurb does instead of IDX

SiteCurb doesn't do IDX, and it isn't pretending to. Here is what a SiteCurb site does in its place, and who that suits.

  • Your listings, shown your way. You add each listing yourself, with your photos (optimized as you upload them), your price and your words, and each one gets its own page with a photo gallery.
  • Every inquiry reaches you. The contact form and every listing's inquiry form email you the moment someone writes, with reply-to set so you answer from your own inbox, and the inquiry lands in your dashboard too.
  • Buyers who want your next listing. A “get new listings first” block collects the people who want to hear when you list something new.

Right for listing agents and agents whose business comes from referrals and their sphere: a fast, good-looking site that shows your own listings and gets you the message. Get IDX instead if buyers searching the whole MLS on your site is how you find clients: then Sierra Interactive or another IDX product is the right tool. More on that choice in IDX explained: does your website need it?

Every template runs as a live demo you can open on your phone right now. These two are built for big listing photography:

Who should stay with Sierra Interactive

Fair is fair. Sierra Interactive is the better choice if:

  • You run a buyer-lead team that needs MLS search, a CRM and lead routing in one system. That is what Sierra is for.
  • Someone works the CRM every day, so the yearly bill comes back as closed deals.

Switching in an afternoon

  1. Claim your address. Sign up at SiteCurb and type your name — yourname.sitecurb.com is reserved on the spot. No card required to build.
  2. Pick a template. Open the live demos on the examples page, choose one, set your colors and logo. You can switch later; your content moves with you.
  3. Add your listings and your voice. Re-enter your active listings with your own photos, then fill in your tagline, why work with me, and a few client quotes.
  4. Preview, then publish. Check the draft, flip it live. The 14-day free trial starts here; after that it is $39 a month.
  5. Move your links and close the old account. Update your sign riders, cards, email signature and Instagram. Then cancel Sierra Interactive when your current term allows — check your agreement for notice terms before you do.

Does SiteCurb have IDX search like Sierra Interactive?

Who is SiteCurb for, compared with Sierra Interactive?

The solo or listing agent who wants a fast, good-looking site with their own listings, their story and a contact form that reaches them, and who doesn't want to pay for a lead-generation platform they won't run.
