SiteCurb + Zoho CRM

Every inquiry from your SiteCurb website lands in Zoho CRM within seconds as a lead, with their message and the listing it was about as a note. Nobody copies anything by hand.

Updated September 2026

SiteCurb for Zoho CRM is rolling out now.The Connect Zoho CRM button appears in your SiteCurb dashboard once it’s open to every agent.

What you need: a SiteCurb website ($39 a month; your first plan starts with a 14-day free trial) and a Zoho CRM account. New to SiteCurb? Start your site.

Set it up (one minute)

  1. In SiteCurb, open Dashboard → Integrations and press Connect Zoho CRM.
  2. Sign in to Zoho if it asks, and accept. SiteCurb asks to find and add leads and to add notes.
  3. Press Send a test inquiry. A made-up lead, Casey Sample, appears in your Zoho CRM Leads with a note. Delete it once you’ve seen it.

What arrives in Zoho CRM

On your websiteIn Zoho CRM
Contact formA lead with their name, email and phone, and a note titled Website inquiry with the message
“Ask about this property” on a listing pageA note titled Property inquiry: the listing, with the message, price, beds, baths, square feet and a link to the listing
“Get new listings first” sign-upA lead with a note titled New-listing sign-up

If that person is already a lead in your Zoho CRM (same email), the note goes on that lead instead of creating a duplicate. Every note says which website it came from, for example yourname.sitecurb.comor your own domain. Your own Zoho workflow rules run on new leads as usual. If your Zoho CRM insists on a Company for new leads, SiteCurb uses the person’s name.

Your data

SiteCurb stores the access Zoho grants it, encrypted, and uses it only to send your own website’s inquiries to your own Zoho CRM. Disconnect any time under Dashboard → Integrations and we revoke that access and delete it. The details are in our privacy policy.

Questions people ask

Does it cost extra?

No. Connecting Zoho CRM is included in the $39 SiteCurb plan, and it works with every Zoho CRM edition, Free included.

Will I get duplicate leads?

Not from repeat inquiries. SiteCurb looks for a lead with the same email address (or phone, if they left no email) and adds the new note to that lead instead of creating another one.

Why leads and not contacts?

Website inquiries aren't qualified yet, so they arrive where Zoho CRM keeps new inquiries: Leads. Convert one to a contact and deal in Zoho when it's real; the notes go with it.

My Zoho account is in Europe (or India, Australia, Canada...). Does it work?

Yes. Zoho tells SiteCurb which data center your account is in when you connect, and your inquiries go to that data center only.

What if Zoho CRM is down when someone writes?

The inquiry is still saved in SiteCurb and emailed to you as usual. Dashboard → Integrations shows anything that didn't reach Zoho CRM, with a Retry button.

Can SiteCurb read my Zoho CRM?

Only enough to avoid duplicates: it looks up a lead by the email or phone the person gave. It can add leads and notes, and it reads your organization's name to show which account is connected. It doesn't read your contacts, deals, email or anything else.
