SiteCurb for Outlook

When someone who contacted you through your SiteCurb website emails you, see their inquiry and the listing they asked about right beside the email, and mark it as contacted.

Add it to Outlook

The add-in is listed in Microsoft Marketplace as Website Inquiries for Real Estate Agents, published by SiteCurb. It is in Microsoft’s review now; until it appears, email us and we’ll send you the install link.

  1. In Outlook, open Get Add-ins (on the web: the Apps button while reading an email; on Windows or Mac: Home → Get Add-ins).
  2. Search for Website Inquiries for Real Estate Agents and press Add.

How to use it

  1. Open an email and press Website inquiry (in the reading pane’s toolbar or its Apps menu).
  2. The first time, press Connect SiteCurb, sign in to your SiteCurb account in the small window and press Connect.
  3. The panel shows every inquiry that sender made on your website: their message, the listing, their phone and when they wrote. Press Mark as contactedonce you’ve replied; the date shows here and in your SiteCurb inquiries.
  4. Pin the panel and it follows you from email to email.

Disconnecting

Press Disconnect at the bottom of the panel, or under Dashboard → Integrations (each connected Outlook is listed there). That Outlook can no longer read your inquiries. To remove the add-in itself, use Get Add-ins → My add-ins in Outlook. See our privacy policy.

Does it cost extra?

No. The Outlook add-in is free and works with any SiteCurb site.

Which Outlook does it work in?

Outlook on the web, the new Outlook for Windows, Outlook for Windows (Microsoft 365) and Outlook for Mac.

Can it read my email?

No. It only takes the email address of the other person in the email you have open, to look up their inquiries on your website. It doesn't read or store the email itself.

Someone emailed me but the panel shows nothing.

The panel matches the address they emailed from with the address they typed on your website. If they used a different address, or only left a phone number, there's nothing to match.
