SiteCurb + ActiveCampaign

Every inquiry from your SiteCurb website lands in ActiveCampaign within seconds as a contact, tagged so your automations can follow up, with their message and the listing it was about as a note.

Updated September 2026

SiteCurb for ActiveCampaign is rolling out now.The ActiveCampaign card appears in your SiteCurb dashboard once it’s open to every agent.

What you need: a SiteCurb website ($39 a month; your first plan starts with a 14-day free trial) and an ActiveCampaign account. New to SiteCurb? Start your site.

Set it up (two minutes)

  1. In ActiveCampaign, open Settings → Developer. It shows your API URL and API key.
  2. In SiteCurb, open Dashboard → Integrations, paste both into the ActiveCampaign card and press Connect. SiteCurb checks the key before saving it.
  3. Press Send a test inquiry. A made-up contact, Casey Sample, appears in ActiveCampaign with the tag and a note. Delete it once you’ve seen it.

What arrives in ActiveCampaign

On your websiteIn ActiveCampaign
Contact formA contact with their name, email and phone, tagged SiteCurb website inquiry, with the message as a note
“Ask about this property” on a listing pageThe same, and the note adds the listing’s price, beds, baths, square feet and a link to it
“Get new listings first” sign-upA tagged contact, with a note saying it was a new-listing sign-up

If that person is already a contact (same email), SiteCurb updates them instead of creating a duplicate, and adds the new note. Every note says which website it came from, for example yourname.sitecurb.com or your own domain.

Your data

SiteCurb stores your API URL and key, encrypted, and uses them only to send your own website’s inquiries to your own ActiveCampaign. Disconnect any time under Dashboard → Integrations and we delete them. The details are in our privacy policy.

Questions people ask

Does it cost extra?

No. Connecting ActiveCampaign is included in the $39 SiteCurb plan.

Will I get duplicate contacts?

No. ActiveCampaign matches contacts by email address, so a repeat inquiry updates the same contact and adds another note.

How do I start an automation from a website inquiry?

Every contact SiteCurb adds gets the tag "SiteCurb website inquiry". In ActiveCampaign, start an automation with the trigger "Tag is added" and pick that tag.

What if someone leaves only a phone number?

ActiveCampaign contacts need an email address, so that inquiry stays in SiteCurb (and in your email notification) and Dashboard → Integrations says why it wasn't sent.

What if ActiveCampaign is down when someone writes?

The inquiry is still saved in SiteCurb and emailed to you as usual. Dashboard → Integrations shows anything that didn't reach ActiveCampaign, with a Retry button.

Can SiteCurb read my ActiveCampaign?

It only adds contacts, our one tag and notes. The one other thing it reads is your user name, once, to show which account is connected. It doesn't read your contacts, lists or campaigns.
