SiteCurb + Notion
Every inquiry from your SiteCurb website lands in a Notion database within seconds: one page per inquiry, with their message and the listing it was about. Nobody copies anything by hand.

What you need: a SiteCurb website ($39 a month; your first plan starts with a 14-day free trial) and a Notion account. New to SiteCurb? Start your site.
Set it up (one minute)
- In SiteCurb, open Dashboard → Integrations and press Connect Notion.
- Sign in to Notion if it asks, then choose what SiteCurb may use: a database you already have, or a page (SiteCurb makes a database called SiteCurb inquiries in it). Back in SiteCurb, you can change where inquiries go at any time, including a new database in your Private pages.
- Back in SiteCurb, press Send a test inquiry. A made-up inquiry from Casey Sample appears in the database. Delete it once you’ve seen it.
What arrives in Notion

The page itself holds the whole inquiry too, so nothing is lost in a database with other columns. Add your own columns (a Status, a follow-up date) and use Notion’s views, filters and automations as you like: SiteCurb only ever adds new pages.
Your data
SiteCurb stores the access Notion grants it, encrypted, and uses it only to add your own website’s inquiries to the database you chose. Disconnect any time under Dashboard → Integrations and we delete that access at once; you can also remove SiteCurb in Notion under Settings → Connections. The details are in our privacy policy.

Questions people ask
Does it cost extra?
No. Connecting Notion is included in the $39 SiteCurb plan, and it works with every Notion plan, Free included.
Can I use a database I already have?
Yes. Pick it when you connect, or under Dashboard → Integrations → Notion → Change. SiteCurb fills its title column with the person's name, and any columns called Email, Phone, Message, Listing, Source, Website or Received. It never touches your other columns, and the whole inquiry is always on the page itself.
What can SiteCurb see in my Notion?
Only the pages and databases you pick when you connect, and the database it makes for you. You can change that selection in Notion at any time. SiteCurb only adds pages (one per inquiry) and, if you didn't pick a database, makes one. It doesn't read or change your other pages.
What if Notion is down when someone writes?
The inquiry is still saved in SiteCurb and emailed to you as usual. Dashboard → Integrations shows anything that didn't reach Notion, with a Retry button.
Will repeat inquiries make duplicates?
Each inquiry is its own page, so a second message from the same person is a second page, with its own date. Sort or group the database by Email to see them together.
