01 · The MLS tax

The industry builds websites like it sells houses — with fees on the fees.

Setup charges. IDX licences billed monthly. Per-MLS agreements. A demo call before anyone will even show you a price. SiteCurb skips the whole apparatus: you manage your own listings, so there is nothing to license — and nothing to mark up.

Typical first-year cost for a solo agent: entry plan × 12 months, plus published setup and IDX fees where the vendor charges them. Compiled from public pricing pages and pricing guides, September 2026. Higher tiers run far higher.

02 · What $39 buys

Everything a listing agent needs. Nothing they don't.

Google reads speed as quality — so do buyers on a phone in a driveway. Server-rendered, no plugins, no page-builder bloat. The templates are engineered for a perfect PageSpeed score.

03 · How it works

Live in about five minutes. Genuinely.

No onboarding call, no design questionnaire, no “your site will be ready in 2–4 weeks.” The whole thing is self-serve, the way it should have been all along.

Claim your address

Sign up, type your name, and yourname.sitecurb.com is reserved on the spot.

Make it yours

Pick a template, set your colors, drop in your photo, bio and listings. The editor is built for agents, not webmasters.

Publish

One click and it's live on the internet with your own TLS certificate. Put it on your card, your rider, your Instagram.

04 · Templates

Designed like a $5,000 site. Priced like lunch.

Six templates, six genuinely different looks — every one recolors to your brand and ships with the structure buyers expect: featured listings, your story, your service areas, a contact form that actually reaches you.

05 · Pricing

One price. Everything.
Thirty-nine dollars.

The competition needs a sales call to tell you what you'll pay. We need one sentence: $39 a month, everything included, cancel anytime. That's the entire pricing page.

06 · Questions

Fair questions, straight answers.

Do I need an MLS or IDX subscription?
No — that's the point. SiteCurb sites showcase your listings, entered by you, with your photos and your words. There's no feed to license, no per-MLS agreement to sign, and no IDX line item on your bill. (If your business depends on displaying the entire MLS inventory on your site, an IDX product is the right tool — this isn't one.)
How is this different from the free site my brokerage gives me?
That page belongs to your brokerage: their domain, their branding, their lead routing — and it disappears the day you switch shops. A SiteCurb site is your own address and your own lead inbox, and it follows you for as long as you keep it.
Can I use my own domain?
Today your site lives at yourname.sitecurb.com, live with TLS the moment you publish. Connecting a custom domain you already own is next on the roadmap.
What happens if I cancel?
Billing stops and your site comes off the air — that's it. No exit fees, no “call to cancel.” Your content stays saved, so if you come back, you pick up where you left off.
Do you sell or share my leads?
Never. Inquiries from your contact form go to your dashboard inbox and nowhere else. We're not a lead marketplace — you're the customer, not the product.
How fast can I really be live?
Claiming your address takes under a minute. A finished site — bio, photo, colors, first listings — is a five-to-twenty-minute job depending on how much you write. There is no review queue and no build wait; publishing is instant.
