Cheap realtor websites in 2026: the honest options under $50 a month
You can have a good agent website for well under $50 a month. What you can't have at that price is IDX, the MLS search. Here is what each cheap option costs, what it does, and the work it leaves to you, with the date we checked every price.

The short answer
Under $50 a month you choose between doing the work yourself on a general builder (Wix, Squarespace, Canva, WordPress) and paying a little more for a site made for agents (SiteCurb at $39 a month). Neither gets you IDX at that price: the cheapest IDX we found is $60 a month on its own.
Every option under $50 a month, side by side
| Option | What you pay | IDX (MLS search) | Your work | Price checked |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Your brokerage's agent page | Often $0 | Often the brokerage's own search | Little, but it's the brokerage's page, not yours | Ask your broker |
| Canva website (Canva Pro) | $180 a year (about $15 a month) | None | You design every page and every listing | 6 September 2026 |
| Wix Light | $17 a month, billed yearly | Not built in; the iHomefinder app is $85.50 a month | You design and build it | 1 October 2026 |
| Squarespace Basic | $19 a month, billed yearly | Not built in; IDX code needs Core ($29) | You design and build it | 29 September 2026 |
| WordPress on your own hosting | Hosting, usually a few dollars a month | IDX Broker Core, $60 a month on top | The most: setup, updates, security | 6 September 2026 (IDX Broker) |
| SiteCurb | $39 a month, no setup, no contract | None: you add your own listings | An afternoon: pick a template, add your listings | Our price |
| Placester (just over $50) | $59 a month | $25 a month add-on ($84 in total) | Template site | 6 September 2026 |
What you give up at this price
- IDX. Buyers can't search the whole MLS on your site. If that search is how you find clients, budget for IDX from the start; IDX explained walks through who really needs it.
- A designer. Every option here is a template or a builder. A custom design costs thousands up front (see what a realtor website costs).
- A CRM. None of these is one. Inquiries come to your inbox; pipelines and drips live in a CRM you pay for separately.
Which one is right for you
- Your brokerage's page if you only need to be findable and don't mind it living on your broker's site.
- Canva if you already design everything there and only need a simple page or two.
- Wix or Squarespace if you enjoy building and will keep the listing pages up to date by hand.
- WordPress if you want full control and are willing to pay for IDX and maintain the site.
- SiteCurb if you want a site made for agents, done in an afternoon: your listings with photos, an inquiry form on every listing that emails you, a broker-disclosure footer on every page, for $39 a month with no IDX.
- Placester if you need IDX on the smallest budget and can stretch to $84 a month.

Questions people ask
Can I get a realtor website for free?
Usually only two ways. Many brokerages give their agents a page or a simple site on the brokerage's domain, so ask yours what it includes and whether it moves with you if you change brokerages. And Canva's free plan publishes a site on a canva.site address with a 'Designed with Canva' footer you can't remove.
Can I get IDX for under $50 a month?
Not on the published prices we checked. IDX Broker's Core plan is $60 a month on its own (read 6 September 2026), the iHomefinder IDX app for Wix is $85.50 a month billed yearly, and Placester's IDX add-on takes its $59 plan to $84. With IDX, plan on roughly $60 to $90 a month for the IDX part alone, plus the site and your time.
What is the cheapest realtor website?
In cash, a do-it-yourself builder: Wix Light at $17 a month billed yearly, or Squarespace Basic at $19. They are general website builders, so you design the pages and build each listing by hand. SiteCurb is $39 a month and is built for agents: listings, inquiry forms and the broker-disclosure footer are already there.
Is SiteCurb really $39 a month with nothing else to pay?
Yes: $39 a month, no setup fee, no contract, cancel anytime and billing stops. What it doesn't include is IDX. You add your own listings, with your photos.
